A new name appears on the Lithuanian communication market – Salve Agency. The communication agency that has been operating under the name of Agency 1323 is changing its name and brand identity and has started the process of changing the company name.
“We have been going through a brand change since we changed the structure of our partners three years ago and the current strong core of the team came together. We wanted the name of the agency to be modern, open, well understood not only in Lithuania, but also in other countries where PROI Worldwide network agencies operate, and to keep the Vilnius tradition. “Salve” is Latin for “Hello” – the word that starts any communication. In Vilnius, you can still find doorsteps with the words “Salve”, says Artūras Jonkus, Director of Salve Agency.
Salve Agency provides strategic consulting, crisis communication, and change management services as well as corporate and integrated communication services and communication training. The agency’s revenue in 2022 grew by almost 32% compared to 2021, reaching close to EUR 395 thousand.
Salve Agency has 5 employees. According to A. Jonkus, the agency chose to be relatively small so that the consultants could be as close as possible to the clients, work as partners, giving personal attention to each of them, deeply understanding the specifics of the client’s activities, and helping them to achieve the set goals. For larger projects, the agency uses advertising, media planning, and other partners.
The new Salve Agency brand and visual identity was created by marketing agency TBWA\Vilnius.
“Agency cooperation on image issues is quite rare, but we are convinced that it is the most direct way to quality. Listening and professional empathy were the basis for the transition of Agency 1323 to Salve Agency. We wanted the new name to have a multidimensional and deep meaning, to broadcast a link to the field of communication, to reflect the maturity of the professional team, to be simple and easily understandable in the international context, and at the same time – to make everybody feel at home after the change,” says Asta Grabliauskienė, Director of “TBWA\Vilnius”.
A. Grabliauskienė says that not only is she confident of the overall result, but also considers the whole cooperation process as exemplary. “The changes were very organic and intuitive. A clear ambition was followed by a discussion involving the whole Salve Agency and most of our team. The steps of formulating and picking up a quality brief were followed by the creative phase, and then by art management and implementation, so Salve Agency was born and completely renewed within six months, moving forward with confident steps, without stopping or looking back,” says A. Grabliauskienė.
Salve Agency is a representative of PROI Worldwide, the world’s largest network of independent agencies in Lithuania, and a member of The Association of Communication Industry (KIA).
